Creative Identity’s mission to improve the lives and societal perceptions of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities has continued since its founding in 1996 by George Gilliam, a professional jazz guitarist and Music Therapist. Our organization provides therapeutic and educational interventions through music and expressive arts that cultivate personal and social responsibilities, pre-vocational skills, independence, and creative potentials.
